So, they are incredibly desperate to pee, and are rushing for the bathroom. They try and open the door, but it's locked, with a sign that says it's out of order. They know they can't make it to the other building's toilets, so they just drop to their knees, and let go, wetting their pants (or whatever they're wearing), making a nice, large puddle under them as they kneel all blushy and embarrassed.
